TSAI mule

Ingredients required for mocktail:

-TSAI ginger & honey beverage

-Jamaican Ginger beer

-Mint leaves


-Ice cubes

-Mule serving cup


  1. Mix equal portions of TSAI ginger honey beverage with Jamiaican ginger beer.
  2. Add a few mint leaves & partly squeeze a lime in the beverage.
  3. Add ice as desired.
  4. To make cocktail, simply add some grey goose vodka.


Ingredients required for mocktail:

-60 ml (1 1/2 oz.) TSAI Mediterranean citrus
-40 ml (1 1/2 oz.) cranberry juice
-Juice of 2 wedges of lime
-Ice cubes
-3 cranberries

-45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) vodka (for cocktail)


  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice cubes except the cranberries.
  2. Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
  3. Strain into a martini glass using an ice strainer.
  4. Garnish with cranberries.

TSAI peach & turmeric blossom

Ingredients required for mocktail:

-4 oz. TSAI peach & turmeric beverage

4 mint leaves, plus one sprig for garnish
14 oz. simple syrup

3 thin peach slices
12 oz. lemon juice

1 oz. medium-bodied rum (for cocktail)
12 oz. apricot liqueur (for cocktail)



  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle together the mint leaves and simple syrup so the mint releases its oils.
  2. Fill the shaker with ice, add the remaining ingredients, and shake vigorously.
  3. Pour into a coupe or martini glass.
  4. Garnish with mint sprig.

TSAI salad dressing


-100ml TSAI Mediterranean citrus beverage
-30ml Balsamic vinegar
-1 egg
-1 garlic clove
-1 tablespoon of ground pepper
-5 finely diced oregano leaves
-50ml of extra virgin oil


  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender 
  2. Pour on diced salad

TSAI fruit salad

Ingredients required for mocktail:

-TSAI peach, apricot turmeric beverage
-50g honey
-An assortment of fruits such as cut grapes, oranges, nectarines, cherries & watermelon
-5 diced mint leaves
-1 lemon


  1. Add the cut fruit to a large bowl.
  2. Pour 100 ml of TSAI peach, apricot % turmeric beverage on fruit.
  3. Pour honey & squirt lemon juice on the fruit.
  4. thoroughly mix 
  5. Serve.

TSAI chicken stir-fry

Ingredients required for mocktail:

-TSAI ginger & honey beverage
-2 Chicken breasts
-Pasta for two (any variety)
-Olive oil
-4 garlic cloves
-1 lemon
-Crumbled feta
-5 Diced baby cucumbers
-1 tablespoon of pepper


  1. Cook pasta & mix with a small amount of olive oil & pepper.
  2. Cut the chicken in thin strips.
  3. Marinate the chicken in a seal-able bag with TSAI ginger honey beverage for 12hrs in fridge.
  4. Fry the chicken with a bit of olive oil & diced garlic cloves in a pan.
  5. Add the pasta to chicken & sauté until the pasta develops a bit of colour.
  6. Remove from pan & mix with cucumbers & crumbled feta.
  7. Serve for two

TSAI popsicles

Ingredients required for mocktail:

-TSAI ginger & honey beverage
-30g of honey
-Diced seedless mandarins


  1. Mix TSAI ginger honey & ginger beverage with honey & diced mandarins
  2. Fill popsicle mold 
  3. Freeze
  4. Serve
