TSAI mule
Ingredients required for mocktail:
-TSAI ginger & honey beverage
-Jamaican Ginger beer
-Mint leaves
-Lime
-Ice cubes
-Mule serving cup
Instructions:
- Mix equal portions of TSAI ginger honey beverage with Jamiaican ginger beer.
- Add a few mint leaves & partly squeeze a lime in the beverage.
- Add ice as desired.
- To make cocktail, simply add some grey goose vodka.
TSAImopolitan
Ingredients required for mocktail:
-60 ml (1 1/2 oz.) TSAI Mediterranean citrus
-40 ml (1 1/2 oz.) cranberry juice
-Juice of 2 wedges of lime
-Ice cubes
-3 cranberries
-45 ml (1 1/2 oz.) vodka (for cocktail)
Instructions:
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice cubes except the cranberries.
- Shake vigorously for 8 to 10 seconds.
- Strain into a martini glass using an ice strainer.
- Garnish with cranberries.
TSAI peach & turmeric blossom
Ingredients required for mocktail:
-4 oz. TSAI peach & turmeric beverage
4 mint leaves, plus one sprig for garnish
1⁄4 oz. simple syrup
3 thin peach slices
1⁄2 oz. lemon juice
1 oz. medium-bodied rum (for cocktail)
1⁄2 oz. apricot liqueur (for cocktail)
Instructions:
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle together the mint leaves and simple syrup so the mint releases its oils.
- Fill the shaker with ice, add the remaining ingredients, and shake vigorously.
- Pour into a coupe or martini glass.
- Garnish with mint sprig.
